Arnold has it tough. When he got elected he promised to dismantle CA's monstrosity of a government, but the legislature shot him down. Then he seemingly turned into a run-of-the-mill politician and pandered for votes. Now that the crisis is in full force it looks like he might actually get to do what he originally wanted to do. This seems like the same thing that Rahm Emanuel and Obama did with their motto of "one should never let a good crisis go to waste", but at least Arnold is doing something that will help the people of California.
