Homesteader

The homesteader assumes ownership over a good that is not owned by any other person or group. Hence, he does not need to provide anything else in exchange for it. He is free to use the good for his own consumption, exchange it, or use it as a factor of production or as land. All ownership of goods can ultimately be traced back to homesteading, all ownership orginates with it.
